“There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” by Albert Einstein
I love the above quote. It just defines how you could set yourself up each moment. It all depends on whether you welcome what is or whether you are in constant blame of why how something is. There are a lot of times when one doesn’t have everything happen in synchronicity. What do you do when faced with a challenge? How do you spend your time when everything you planned does not become material? Are you going to be immobilized or are you going to accept what is and move towards that which you are capable of doing?
In life you know that the road is not smooth. Life has its ups and downs and it is the ups and downs that actually help you get a grip of the power you have to create your own reality. It is that unresolved conflict or contradiction that stirs you up to find solution or to get resigned and vegetate in your auto pilot mode. Choice, the most abundant step in your life allows you to take a step back, assess your situation and move or be immobilized.
How is that demonstrated in your day to day activities? Do you become a casual bystander or become an active participant to change the course of events? There is where the seriousness comes. You get serious because you find it to be of great value to indulge yourself in setting the tone for your day. It requires that you have inner strength and stamina to face your challenge and seek all the support to move to a higher place. Listing out the wrongs that you have experienced are only stories, the defining one is knowing the wrongs and designing mechanisms to overcome those wrongs. There is plenty for you to do, be and have. However, it is your belief system that you have to tackle.
Are you going to create miracles or are you going to be a casualty of life? Which do you choose? If you choose the latter then really life becomes a waste and you become a recipient and not a significant player in what happens in your life. If you take up the responsibility and allow yourself to be the cause you will say you have indeed lived a great life and made a difference not only in your life but also in the life of those people you have touched and encountered.
There is a personal gratification that is immeasurable. That is when you will definitely say, life is indeed a miracle and you live with amazement each moment just watching one breath after another. Isn’t the fact that we effortlessly breathe miraculous? However trivial we think it is the attention to the breath is a whole opening towards being a witness to the miraculous!
